For items damaged during shipping, please email us with a description of damage, and we will email you an RMA (Return Material Authorization) that must be referenced for this return.

In the event that an item you have ordered is backordered, we will make every attempt to locate it through our different suppliers.  If the item cannot be found with any of our suppliers, we will gladly return you payment.

Our shipping is a flat rate based on the total cost of the items. Some items have additional charges due to their oversized or overweight nature, such as certain Train Sets and orders of 12 or more G scale track sections.
